Privacy Policy

Effective 22 August 2026 · Last updated 22 August 2026

Short version: we do not know who you are, and we do not want to.

There is no account to create. No ad ever interrupts your game, and no ad plays unless you tap a button asking for one. We use Google Analytics for Firebase to see which levels people find too hard, and Google AdMob to show the rewarded ads you choose to watch. Both involve a device identifier. We never collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location.

This policy applies to all mobile applications published by zTommyzGaming ("we", "us") on Google Play. It explains what happens to information when you use our apps.

1. Information we collect

We collect a small amount of anonymous usage data through two Google services: Google Analytics for Firebase and Google AdMob. Specifically:

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or the contents of any file on your device. Nothing we collect can be traced back to you as a person by us.

2. Advertising in our games

Our games contain no forced advertising. There are no banners, no ads between levels, no ads when you open the app, and nothing that interrupts a game in progress.

The only ads we show are rewarded ads: a video you can choose to watch in exchange for something in the game, such as extra coins or a hint. Nothing happens unless you tap the button. If you never tap it, you will never see an ad. Everything a rewarded ad gives you can also be earned by playing, or bought outright without ads.

These ads are served by Google AdMob. Google selects which ad to show, and may use the device identifier described in section 1 to do so. We do not see who watched what.

3. Data stored on your device

Your game progress, settings, and purchase records are saved locally on your device so you can continue where you left off. This data never leaves your device, and we have no way to read it. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently.

4. Purchases

If you buy something in one of our apps, the purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. Payment details are handled by Google and are never sent to us or seen by us. Google's handling of that transaction is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

We receive only aggregated, anonymous sales statistics through the Google Play Console — for example, how many copies were sold in a country. These figures cannot identify an individual.

Our analytics also records that a purchase happened, which item it was, and which level you were on at the time. This tells us which moments in a game people find worth paying for. It contains no payment details and no name.

5. Third-party services

Our apps embed Google Analytics for Firebase. Google processes the usage data described in section 1 on our behalf, on servers that may be located outside your country, under the Firebase Privacy and Security terms and the Google Privacy Policy.

Our apps also embed the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to serve the rewarded ads described in section 2. Google collects and processes IP address, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, encrypted in transit. Google's use of that data is governed by the How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy.

We also run advertising campaigns on Google Ads to let people know our games exist. When you install a game after seeing one of those ads, Google tells us that an install came from that campaign. It does not tell us who you are.

Our apps contain no social media SDKs and no third-party crash-reporting service. Everything else goes through Google Play itself, for app distribution and billing.

6. Your choices about ads

You can stop watching them at any time. Rewarded ads are optional by design; declining one costs you nothing except the reward it offered.

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android settings: Settings → Privacy → Ads. Deleting it stops advertisers from linking your activity across apps. Ads may still appear, chosen without any history.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our apps ask for your consent before any personalised advertising, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can change that answer at any time from Settings → Privacy settings inside the app. Declining is a valid choice and the game remains fully playable.

If you are in a United States state with an applicable privacy law, the same in-app privacy screen lets you opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising.

7. How long we keep it

Usage data in Google Analytics for Firebase is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Data held by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own retention schedule. Aggregate reports, which contain no identifiers at all, may be kept longer.

8. Children

Our apps are directed at people aged 13 and over. They are not designed for, marketed to, or intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. We do not serve personalised advertising to anyone we have reason to believe is under the age of consent in their country. If you believe a child has used one of our apps and you would like their data removed, email us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

You can ask us what data is associated with your device, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop collecting it. Because we identify devices only by an anonymous ID, we will ask you to send us that ID from inside the app so we can find the right records. Email us and we will explain how.

The quickest route to stopping collection entirely is to reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android settings, or to uninstall the app.

10. Changes to this policy

If a future version of an app collects anything beyond what section 1 describes, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above before that version is released, never afterwards. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
