Terms of Service

These terms apply to the mobile games published by zTommyzGaming ("we", "us") on Google Play, to the browser version of Dig A Museum on CrazyGames, to this website, and to the internal tool we use to share our own gameplay videos on social platforms. By installing or using our apps or games, you agree to these terms.

1. Using our games

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or modify the apps, except where the law allows it.

2. Purchases and virtual items

• All payments are processed by Google Play under Google's terms. We never see your payment details.
• Virtual items and in-game currency have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. If a purchase did not arrive, email us and we will help.

3. Ads

Some games offer optional rewarded ads. An ad plays only after you tap a button asking for one, in exchange for a reward. Ads are served by Google AdMob in our Android apps and by CrazyGames in the browser version, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Fair play

Please do not use cheats, exploits, or modified versions of our apps, and do not interfere with our services. We may reset progress or items obtained this way.

5. Our social media tool

We use a small internal tool to publish videos of our own games to accounts that zTommyzGaming owns, on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The tool is used only by us, only for our own accounts, and only after a person has reviewed each post. It does not collect data about other users. Access tokens for our own accounts are stored privately on our own computer and can be revoked at any time from each platform's settings.

6. Content and trademarks

The games, artwork, music, characters, and names are owned by zTommyzGaming or used under license. You may share screenshots and gameplay videos for non-commercial purposes, as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you.

7. Disclaimer

Our games are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them running well, but we cannot promise they will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, zTommyzGaming is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our apps. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use our apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
